Nature of the Service

Pearl River County Released Inmates is a private reference site. It stores no official government records and cannot confirm a custody status, release a person, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its pages point toward county release records, Mississippi corrections systems, supervision resources, federal locators, and outside research tools. Each source controls its own data and service.

Acceptable Use

Access is allowed only for lawful use that does not harm people, systems, or other visitors.

• Do not violate a law while using the site.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, or harass.
• Do not base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
• Do not attempt access without authorization.
• Do not run automated bots or scrapers.
• Do not interrupt or degrade service for others.

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here for:

• A hiring, firing, or employment decision
• Tenant selection or housing screening
• Creditworthiness or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose governed by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, release records, courts, legal resources, government portals, or outside search services. We do not endorse or control those operators and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, data handling, or availability. Review their terms before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• Information will be accurate, complete, or current
• The site will operate without interruption
• Code will be free from errors or security flaws
• A partner search will return every relevant result

Custody and public-record systems change often. Nothing here is an official statement by the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department, MDOC, a court, or another public agency.

Mississippi Law Controls

Mississippi law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Mississippi.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it valid.
